Delete Your Account

HUNDREDWEIGHT lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@hundredweightapp.com
2. Use the subject line: Delete my HUNDREDWEIGHT account
3. Include the email address associated with your HUNDREDWEIGHT account in the body of the message

We will process your request within 7 days and send you a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

What data is deleted

Upon account removal, the following information is permanently erased:

• Your account credentials (email and authentication record)
• All workout data, routines, history, and personal records
• All body composition records (weight, body fat percentage)
• All synced health metrics (heart rate, activity, sleep, recovery data)
• All app settings and preferences associated with your account

This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What data is retained

We may maintain a minimal record of your deletion request (your email address and the date of deletion) for up to 30 days after deletion is processed — to verify ownership, meet legal requirements, and prevent fraud. After this period, even this record is deleted.
